Full Service Property Management

We offer a full menu of property management services, including rent collection, payment of expenses, leasing, monthly reporting, and 24-hour on-call for emergencies. We also meet with inspectors for regularly scheduled city or county inspections. We manage move-outs, make-ready and general property improvements. We will review your insurance policies, and obtain bids. We also provide money-saving suggestions to make the operation of your building more profitable and increase your bottom line!

For those who do not require full-service property management, we have limited service property management programs for you to choose from: We provide “vacation management” so that your residents can call if they have an emergency. Do you just need an accounting and bookkeeping service – we’ll do that. Just need leasing or marketing support? We’ll do that too. “On-Call” Property Consulting

We have “On-call” programs designed to meet your needs. Perhaps you are an “absentee” owner, living out of town – we’ll be those “eyes” for you – inspecting your property, and reporting back to you. Or, are governmental agencies making requirements you just don’t understand? Or, you have specific issues for which you just need some expert advice? Whether it is dealing with regulatory compliance, city inspections, due diligence, deferred maintenance, hiring and training of resident managers, marketing programs or just everyday questions that only experienced and trained professionals can answer – whatever you needs, we are there for you – as you need us!

Leasing
