Silton Properties has a full-service maintenance/repair company. We are fully licensed and insured. We are able to handle all maintenance repairs/emergencies. If the need arises to hire sub contractors (Heating/Air Conditioning, restoration/carpet cleaning, etc.), we only hire reputable licensed contractors.
